Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund with a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to the event. Groups of 10 to 20 guests require 48-hour notice of cancellation. Groups of 21 or more require a 72-hour notice of cancellation. Contact us at 808.326.4969 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
If the lūʻau is canceled before the start of the event, customers will receive a full refund.
Any requests for rate adjustments must be submitted within two weeks of the lūʻau date. No requests will accepted after the cut-off date.
