To receive a full refund, cancellations for parties of 14 or less, must be called in, with at least 24 hours advanced notice, prior to the scheduled Lu’au date. You must call to modify or cancel your reservation. Cancellations within the 24-hours and/or "no-shows", are non-refundable. Cancellation policy varies for parties of 15 or more; please call our Sales Department at (808) 667-1998 for further details. Strollers, car seats, outside chairs are prohibited on Traditional Mat Seating.
